Refund Policy

Credit packs are one-time purchases. If something isn’t right, we want to fix it.

Unused packs: 14 days

If you haven’t used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

Used credits

Once credits from a pack have been used, that pack can’t be refunded, except where the law says otherwise. Your remaining credits stay in your dashboard and never expire.

Always refunded

• Failed notifications: if a notification doesn’t go through, its credit comes back to your balance automatically.
• Billing mistakes: duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full.
• If Spectra shuts down: we refund unused credits you paid for.

How to ask

Email support@getspectra.app from the address on your receipt, and tell us which purchase it is. Please don’t send your dashboard link. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
